 Unless otherwise stated in the catalog listing, all items are in MINT condition. All repairs, chips, cracks, missing paint, etc are clearly stated for items listed as "As Is Condition". We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment to verify it is in the condition as stated in the catalog.

Payment must be received prior to shipment of goods.
Shipping cost is per jar. Shipping cost for orders for multiple jars shipped to the same address at the same time will be discounted 10% per jar.

All items will be shipped within 48 after receipt of payments made by cashiers check, money order, or via PayPal.
If payment is made via personal check, item will be shipped upon check clearing our bank (this usually is 10-15 days, depending on what bank the check is drawn on).
Shipping Method
Our standard method of shipping large items (Cookie Jars, large Figurines, etc) is via UPS, therefore we must have a street address, as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We can ship via US Postal Service if requested.
Our standard method of shipping small items ( S&P Shakers, Jewelry, etc) is via US Postal Service.

Insurance is included in the shipping cost for items up to $100.00, if shipped via UPS. There is an additional surcharge for items greater than $100.00.
Insurance is an option, but is highly recommended, for items shipped via US Postal Service.. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment if insurance is not requested.

We take extra precautions in packing our items to assure their safe arrival.
In the event, however, an item does arrive damaged due to shipping, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately so we can proceed with filing a damage claim with the carrier.
All claims will be settled ASAP. In the event we are unable to replace the damaged item, we will refund your payment in full, including shipping cost, and insurance if applicable.
